Finally, after numerous sunburns and abrasions, the round ubin race is over!
22km of pure canoeing pain. argh. Won't say I'm too pleased with myself for the race, but with my current condition I don't think I could have done much better. Having gone through a few years of competitive canoeing, I can never ever see the fun others see in canoeing. It's just painful..why would you pay good money to go canoeing..nothing fun about lactic acid building up in your arms while you burn under the sun lah..that's not what I call leisure!

Go K-Box or something. Its time better spent. haha!

I hate losing! Especially to young punks. Think I must train harder..the most irritating part is that I missed ZOUKOUT for this. &*!@$#!!!!!!!!

If you're wondering why my blog is all about my trainings and my sports..cos thats all I've been doing for the hols so far..haven't had a day without training since last friday!

Kinda regret joining a hall comm this yr. My boss is busting my ass over undone work, and I've yet to get it settled. Not to mention admin stuff for canoe polo. But its all good! Cos its the hols and I don't have to bother with school work.

Best thing about holidays is that everyone who is studying overseas comes back! Wenming just arrived a few days ago from down under. Glad to see he's still a free man. Thought Crown Casino would have owned his ass by now. haha. After a year he still has the ears of Legolas, the height of Gimly and the gayness of Frodo. They should have hired him to act in Lord of the Rings. 3-in-1 package, save a bundle on wages.

I'm super chao tah now. Burnt all over! Time for a nice nap in air con..aaah..
